This one is easy and a favorite of almost everybody who's tried it.
Pecan Praline Cheesecake
1.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tb sugar
3 Tb butter, melted
3 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tb all-purpose flour
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Press mixture in 9-inch
springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add brown sugar and flour,
mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla and pecans.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let
come to room temperature on wire rack. Refrigerate overnight.
